First Steps (3–6 years)
Our First Steps classes are designed to introduce younger children to martial arts in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. Classes focus on listening skills, coordination, confidence, balance, and teamwork through age-appropriate activities and basic karate skills.
- Games and movement-based activities, not formal drills
- Helps young children learn to listen, wait their turn, and follow instructions
- Short attention-span sessions, built for this age group specifically
- No pressure to "get it right," just to join in
Junior Karate Classes (6-12 years)
Our junior classes help children develop confidence, discipline, focus, and fitness through structured karate training. Students learn in a safe and encouraging environment where progress is supported step by step.
- Real belt progression, so kids see clear proof they're improving
- Structured enough to build discipline, without feeling like school
- Instructors trained in SEN awareness, so quieter or nervous kids aren't left behind
- Friendships form fast, most kids' favourite part isn't the karate, it's the club
Teen & Adult Karate Classes
Whether you are completely new to karate or returning to training, our teen and adult classes provide a welcoming environment to improve fitness, focus, confidence, and personal development through structured karate training.
- No assumption of fitness or prior experience, everyone starts at their own level
- A genuine mix of complete beginners and people returning after years away
- Training that builds real physical confidence, not just technique
- Evening classes designed to fit around work and family life
Family Karate Classes
Our family karate classes provide an opportunity for parents and children to train together in a supportive and motivating environment. Training together helps families build confidence, fitness, discipline, and shared experiences in a supportive and welcoming environment.
- One of the few activities where parent and child train as equals
- No separate "kids class, adults watch," everyone's in the dojo together
- A shared goal to work toward, gradings included
- Popular with families who want one activity instead of juggling separate ones

Our personal tuition sessions provide focused one-to-one coaching tailored to your individual goals and experience level.
